How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days domestically. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
What's your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, opened makeup items can't be returned unless defective — please reach out to us, and we'll make it right.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes — every Celine B. product is cruelty-free and never tested on animals, at any stage of development.
How do I find my shade?
Each product page shows every available shade as a swatch with a name — tap one to preview it. If you're between two shades, our customer service team is happy to help you pick.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding, so check back soon.
