Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days once shipped. Orders over $75 ship free — under that, a flat $8.99 shipping fee applies at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

Returns

Because of the nature of our makeup, opened items can only be returned if they arrived damaged or defective. To start a return, contact us with your order number, and we'll send you next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
